    Admission Process
    • Admission to the XI std under the Gujarati Linguistic Minority Category and In house Category will be done by the Management of the College at the level of the Principal as per the schedule declared by the Deputy Director of Education Office.
    • An Online process for the admissions under the Gujarati Linguistic Minority and In house Category is conducted by the Management and the form can be filled and submitted as per schedule displayed on our website www.tpbhatiacollege.com
    • For Students Seeking Admission Under the Open, Sports, Cultural Categories And Other Reservations an Online Admission Process is conducted by the Deputy Director of Education Office and the students are admitted as per the list sent by the Deputy Director of Education Office.

    Walk-in Admission

    For Gujarati linguistic Minority Admission kindly submit the following documents :

    • Copy and Original of Certificate from a Registered Gujarati Samaj or Panchayat or Affidavit (Specimen given herewith) are Mandatory.
     
    SSC (Maharashtra State Board) Students
    1. Mark sheet: Online / Internet print out of marksheet duly certified by school (till original marksheet not received)
      1. Students must submit 2 attested photocopies of ORIGINAL MARKSHEET after they receive from their respective school.
    2. Leaving Certificate: Original & 2 attested photocopies of LC and must upload the scanned LC online in student portal while filling the Shri T P Bhatia college admission form.
    3. 2 passport size photo and must upload the photo online in student portal while filling the Shri T P Bhatia college admission form.
    4. Print out of Government Online Admission Form - Part I & Part II, duly stamped and signed by School.
    5. 2 attested photocopies of Aadhaar card of the student.

     

    Non - SSC (Maharashtra State Board) Students
    • Eligibility form should be duly filled. (The student must bring Original Marksheet). Kindly submit two separate sets of the following documents.
    SET I (for college admission):

      1. Students must submit 2 attested photocopies of ORIGINAL MARKSHEET after they receive from their respective school.

    7. Eligibility fees rs. 350/- (within one month after admission and extra late fees changes as applicable by Vashi Board after one month of admission).
    8. Embassy certificate and sign for foreign board and Rs. 500 eligibility form fees.

    What do you mean by Gujarati Linguistic ?

    Gujarati Linguistic means Gujarati Speaking community. You can get the proof from your Gujarati Samaj, Panchayat or you can prepare an affidavit from any court stating that you belong to Gujarati Speaking community. Even on School Leaving certificate they mention Mother Tongue as Gujarati will be considered as a valid point for admission via Gujarati Linguistic Quota.

    How many seats are reserved for Gujarati Linguistic Quota ?

    In all there are 50% seats reserved for Gujarati Linguistic Quota.

    Why do we need to do Eligibility Process ?

    Its a common education process to take admission in college for higher studies. While doing so we also change our education board (For eg : CBSE to HSC) in that case the student have to go through the eligibility process by which the student is applying to change his education board.     Do In-house students need to do Eligibility Process ?

    NO. The eligibility process is only for the students who are changing their educational board. For eg : CBSE to HSC. Since in-house students are from SSC board taking admission in HSC board, both are part of Maharashtra State of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education so eligibility process is not need by In-house students.

    For XI - Government Online Admission kindly submit the following documents :

    • The admission process is for NON-Gujarati Linguistic and NON-In-house students. In other words students coming under the Open, Sports, Cultural Categories And Other Reservations. An Online Admission Process conducted by the Deputy Director of Education Office and the students are admitted as per the list sent by the Deputy Director of Education Office.

    Shri T P Bhatia College of Science is one of the largest junior college in Maharashtra. We have few seats vacant for students wanted to take admission in our college in XII standard. The seats are available for vocational / bi-focal subjects as well as general science subjects.

    There is no reservation in seats for admission. Its on First Come First Admission basis.
